Shake the oil well before using. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Take oil 1-2 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Hold at the back of the gum line (by wisdom teeth) for 120 seconds or longer, then swirl like mouthwash before swallowing. Allow at least 2-weeks of daily use to see results. Taking the oil with a meal containing fat (such as peanut butter) may assist in a swifter experience.
